We are an entertainment marketing consultant agency led by Matthew Goldman, a global creative marketing executive for film, television, and streaming.

 

Matthew is a creative marketing veteran with over 15 years experience in strategizing, developing, and executing campaigns for entertainment content of all budget sizes and genres. Some of Matt's previous work includes titles such as ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD, JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL, BAD BOYS FOR LIFE, and BABY DRIVER.

Matthew directed multi-platform creative strategy, positioning, and execution generating $3B for major Hollywood film releases. He is most known for regaining fan interest for Venom: Let There Be Carnage after poor first film results by accurate focus group research and analysis, providing direction for sequel that drove $500M in box office receipts during global pandemic.

He also recaptured international fans lost to Spider-Man franchise by conducting Moscow focus groups to gauge European market, enabling reframing of main character that drove gross sales increases of $5M in Russia and $8M in Germany.

During his time at Sony, Matthew was promoted to head of development and execution of multi-platform global creative marketing campaigns for Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation, later directing international and US creative campaigns for key tentpole franchise campaigns.

 

Managed a creative team of 8 with project budgets up to $5M to generate up to $500M per campaign.

Now, Matthew has officially stepped into the entrepreneurial arena, launching his own entertainment marketing consulting agency. He combines this extensive knowledge with a nimble, sleeves-up approach from the agency side, making Tonnelier Creative a formidable partner for any film marketing endeavor.
